Do to an imbalance in tokens between Kevin and Xavier, Xavier would like to make a proposal to get a extra remuneration to reflect the initial agreement made in June 2023 where he was paid more than Kevin to reflect the principles of fair wages based on cost of living.
This difference was not taken into account in the retroactive debt token distribution (Citizen Wallet debt token setup)which was agreed on during the community call of 3 July (

This would effectively mean that the project will issue the difference in tokens between Kevin and xavier (282893 - 252510)= 30.383 to Xavier.
As the project token are currently locked in for a period if 1 year this settlement will have to take place after unlock of the token.
